Healthy and Delicious Pancake Recipe

If you’re ever looking for something delicious that is also light and not too heavy, this pancake recipe is the way to go! After they are finished cooking, the pancakes taste so good, you would never know that there are only five ingredients!

In a medium mixing bowl, combine:

1 cup of flour

1 cup of milk (you can make this recipe vegan by using almond milk)

2 tablespoons of baking powder

1 tablespoon of sugar

2 table spoons of olive oil

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.

*You may need to double or triple the recipe, as the original recipe does not serve very many people*

Next, put a griddle over on the stove and wait for it to heat up. As soon as it is hot, spread butter all over the pan so that the pancakes do not stick.

Last, cook the pancakes on the griddle, and as you cook you can add things to the pancakes such as chocolate chips, bananas, or blueberries. as soon as the pancakes are done, place them on a plate/plates ready to serve!
